We carry out renovation / refurbishment projects by following one of the two procedures below:
KIB CONSTRUCTIONS can design every aspect of your refurbishment, using experienced architects and then carry out the build stage from this point
We often find that the client already has a set of drawings. Argrove will then take over the project at this stage to carry out the building works and furthermore, we are able to commence works at short notice due to the depth of resources of the company
As well as the specific areas of refurbishment shown below, we have also developed a strong base of trade specialists including audio visual experts, air conditioning professionals and elevator engineers which are often required in central London for residential properties with several floors.
From full re-wiring to minor electrical works. We can install new fuse boards, electrical sound systems. Intercom systems and tailor made electricla systems.
We cover all aspects of electrical work in houses, shops, restuarants, pubs, factories and warehouses. We take on very small jobs such as installing an extra socket to designing and installing electrics to factories. We provide electrical reports for landlords and homebuyers.
We also specialise in fault finding. We have a team of fully qualified electricians with vans that are stocked full of materials. We carry out work in all London.
The Carpenter is the tradesmen who puts all those wonderful finishing touches to your home. From hanging the lovely doors you found, to putting new skirting and architrave all round the house, it is a skilled job and our carpenters are the best! Whether you just want a door hanging or a bespoke set of fitted wardrobes, our carpenters can help.
